Warranty Coverage
The Mighty+ Medic portable vaporiser comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from Storz & Bickel, starting from the date of purchase.
This covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use with prescribed medicinal cannabis flowers, as per TGA approval.

Battery or heating element failures not caused by misuse.
What’s Not Covered

Damage from unauthorised substances (e.g., non-prescribed herbs).

Physical damage (e.g., drops, water exposure).
-
Wear and tear (e.g., mouthpiece degradation).
How to initiate a warranty claim
Step 1:

Upload a copy of the original invoice or a valid proof of purchase.
If you cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, you can upload an image of the device’s type label or the original packaging, which must clearly display the serial number of your device.
If the serial number can be verified based on the provided images, we will proceed with the registration in your S&B customer account, considering the initial selling date for warranty purposes.
This date may differ from your purchase date if the device was bought from a retailer.
Please note: Verification of registration may take up to three days. You will receive a separate confirmation email once the process is completed.
Step 3:
Initiate the RMA within your customer account if the device is under warranty.
Repairs or Replacement

Replacements issued if defects can’t be fixed, per Australian Consumer Law rights.
Important Notes

Report adverse events (e.g., burns, malfunctions) to us and the TGA at [tga.gov.au/reporting] within 10 days, as required by law.
