Shipping Time

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Australia, with orders typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery will typically take 3-5 business days. Tracking details will be provided once dispatch happens

Please note that we do not process international orders at this time.

Prescriptions

To place a prescription order, you must provide a valid prescription from an Australian-registered doctor. For detailed information on ordering prescriptions, please visit our Prescriptions page.

Prescription orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day after receiving your prescription. For certain medications, you may need to consult with a pharmacist to confirm if it can be dispensed. We will email you with any required actions.

Once dispatched, prescription orders follow our standard shipping timeframes. Please allow adequate time for delivery to ensure you do not run out of your medication. If you are mailing a paper prescription, please account for the time it will take to reach us.

Packaging & Delivery

To ensure your privacy and security, all orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes, except for the label on the box.

For specific items, such as Schedule 8 (S8) prescription medications, a signature from a recipient will be required upon delivery. For all other orders, if no one is available to receive the package and there is no authorized person or safe place to leave it, the carrier will either attempt to redeliver the package or leave a card with instructions on where to collect your parcel.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you promptly with an update.
